It does it automatically, only hit the “Update” never “Clear” or it wipes everything. Want to keep the best mpg so it encourages me to top it.

this isn’t exactly the same as the Tacomas, but it helps.

The more I drive this truck, the more I like it. Just got back from a 5 day moto/camp trip. Averaged 22.5 mpg. Trailer is about 1500-1600 lbs, and roughly 500-600 lbs of gear in the bed. Pulled it like nothing, where my 1st Gen would struggle on some of the mountain passes with the same load.

Starting to wear the new off, bought in October of ‘21….already have 15,000 miles on it.

That doesn't happen until someone dents it.... then it's no longer new

    True true…

…got a rock chip in the windshield though. It’s on its way. :)

Ran down dusty gravel roads for 5 days, dust in everything! And hearing the rocks pinging off….no longer new now!

Well.. I FINALLY got the damn insurance company to get me into an approved body shop for an ESTIMATE. What a crock.... nearly 50 days... that's for a god damn estimate...

After nearly 2 months driving around a dented up Sanford and son rig I am kinda over it.... I'm thinking of having a paintless dent removal guy just get the tailgate so it's good enough and replacing the bumper cap and straightening stuff myself... then doing a real good polish and seal. Maybe a BHLM and a set of bed corner brackets ..... I'm not about spending loot on aesthetics, but I really want to get a BHLM done... itll be one of those mods that really is form over function, but the guy who does this isnt far from me and itll look so nice on my black truck..... I'll be doing some work on my rig sometime in the not too distant future.. I'll be posting progress pics... stay tuned

Hopefully when it's all said and done I'll have some extra loot in my pocket to boot

I spent some time today clay baring, hand buffing/polishing my tailgate and bumper. I'm pretty sure at this point that I'm going to have a PDR guy do the tailgate, hope it straightens up and hit it more aggressively once it is straight. I'll just live with the creases and missing paint on the bumper corner and the marred up bumper step. I have to replace the bumper stamp, but that part is relatively inexpensive. Itll be some work to get everything swapped over. I'd figure I'll have everything done by mid September. I have some stuff to order.

Cleaned up first time since being rear ended.

Hey Y’all, I’ve got a 21 SR ACLB stock suspension… time for new shoes. Who upgraded from 245/75 to 265/70? Any issues? They should fit without any issues or chopping? Has anyone had any issues? Thanks.

Just quoting one of my old posts, you'll be fine as long as you don't change wheel offset too much. I'm lowered so you should have room to go bigger if needed.

Don’t know how you keep that thing so clean. Mine is in the dirt once or twice a week. Don’t even plan on it, it just happens… lol!

I wash it once every 2 months. Every time I wash it I take pics and post em. Otherwise its always pretty dirty. This time I really cleaned it good so I could buff out the bumper and tailgate

Less than me! Usually run it through the car wash twice a month, then like a day or two later end up on some dirt road.

Anyone rocking 265/75/16 on the stock steelies? Any issues with that setup? Thinking of embracing the SR budget gang and keeping the wheels.

I don’t have my truck yet, but that’s what I am planning on doing. I got a quote already for that tire size, and I’m going to keep the Steelies but paint them black. Once I do so I can update with pics.

Would appreciate that. Keep them silver bro! Budget gang can’t afford no black paint. Lol

The stock steelies are basically the same pattern as SCS F5 wheels which to me look great, I just didn't care for the offset... Some guy around me has a black SR with the stock steelies, painted black, with what appears to be 1.25" spacers. It looks really good actually.

I thought about maybe some gunmetal or dark silver paint, removing the hub caps, and spacers.... but I couldn't do the spacers.. just didn't want to deal with them. Stock steelies can look awesome TBH.

Who here is running the 265/75r16 on stock suspension? Did you have any issues or did they fit great? Any rub? A little nervous before I buy them, want to make sure!

You should be fine.. my truck is stock with -25mm offset wheels... I have some scrub radius rubbing on the front bumper on the drivers side. It takes a series of criteria to reproduce the rub, so it's not a constant problem. My son has same tires as me and -12mm offset wheels. He has no issues and plenty of clearance. Were both on Stock SR suspension.
