Where you on pavement when testing the 4WD and Locker?

Pavement and Locker don’t mix. It’s hard on the rear diff.

Is your alignment OK? If it is then I highly doubt your control arms got bent or damaged

if you're testing the 4x4 and/or locker on pavement and trying to make turns, then grinding/clunking/tire skipping is going to happen. Only use those features on loose surfaces

I would take it to a good alignment shop and see what they say, they will be able to tell you if something is off with your control arms because it won't align properly if so.

So, it only makes the noise when the locker is engaged?
And it sounds like it is coming from the front diff?

    That is odd.
Not sure how the locker has anything to do with a Front Diff sound?
At this point, I’d maybe put it on Jack stands with all wheels off the ground and see where exactly the issue is.
