Did you reuse your stock ubolt with both the aal and sumo? If you replaced did the new ubolts sit completely flat on the sumo bracket? If so what brand ubolt? Mine don’t sit flat (on a dry fit) but only contact on the edges

I’d appreciate that. Was it a single aal or 3 leaf?

Pic is a dry fit with the sumos and the included ubolt from the 3leaf aal. You can see it touches the edges and gap between not sitting flat. I don’t think I could even use stock length ubolts with the 3leaf and sumo

Ya the u bolts might be a bit thick. Trying going to local auto parts store with your sumo and u bolts and ask them to find one that's right size and length

I was just quoted $110 for the parts and a few hours of work. Totaled to a little over $400. If the noise gets worse, I'll replace them myself, or just use of the recommended lubes from this thread.

Just added toolbox and roof-rack to haul my fishing boat 100's of miles into the backwoods every week. Goodrich K02s, Bilstein 5100 front and back, no lift.
Maybe just lube. I have a 2016 TRD OR with 65K miles, and almost 15K off road. Very wet and also bone dry off road conditions.

I just used plain WD40 after giving them a good power wash. Did the WD40 3 times over a year.

That was over a year ago. I have no squeaks over the last year, and over 20 off road trips in the last 2.5 months. So perhaps it changes with age.
