Good Morning SA! Well, finally hung. Still wasn't as far back it could be, but far enough. Figured out the instructions aren't for people with gaping holes in the middle of the garage ceiling. Run the wires today, and connect the door to the trolly. Be very glad if I can wrap this up - I'm beat!

Ugh, was holding out on getting new tires but they're getting pretty bad and they ain't getting any cheaper so
Staying with the same tire, nitto terra grapplers. They've been good to me, about 80k miles on them. They're right in the middle of the pack in pricing, don't want to go too cheap.

265 70 17, thought about 285 but I'm sure I would need a CMC, only running 5100 Bilstein in the front with 2 inch lift, and I'm a stickler for my GPMs , ha don't want to really give up what I'm getting right now

I was gonna try to hold out a redo my suspension this fall and get new tires then but they were getting pretty bad

Yeah my OEM's were 265 65 17 so these were just a tad bigger

You don't get off road any more than I do! Look into Toyo Open Country ATII or ATII with the Discount Tire connection here in the TW. Great road manners. Solid if you actually air down. Competitive price.

 

Ah man I would have been interested but already paid for the tires and the warranty gives me a little piece of mind, just didn't have time to get them installed today so doing it tomorrow. Thanks though.

Probably should have looked into it here too but was already there so just went ahead and bought them. It was just under $1000 for everything, so really can't complain considering tire prices right now.

New wheels and tires installed. I put on the Ironman forged UCAs this weekend! Tires are 285/70r17. Such a smooooth ride!

Edit: These were one of the few P rated 285s that I have found. Each tires weighing in at 42 lbs... also included with a 60k tread life warranty. Can't beat that along with the price. They are Maxxis Razr A/Ts. Ordered through SimpleTire, they also offer a Military discount!
