    Wife's foster cat. Healing up nice after the vet dug out a BB below it's right ear.

    Vet said "we want to remove the "growth", send it in for a biopsy."

    Vet calls back 2 hours later. " No biopsy needed, it was a BB"

    My uncle's rescue weiner has a .117 cal diabolo pellet in her left front elbow, it doesn't seem to hurt her and the vet says to just leave it alone so they have but moral of the story sometimes people suck.

    It's kinda bizarre you can feel the shape quite clearly.

    She's the sweetest cuddliest couch potato ever I can't imagine what evil would posses someone to shoot a freaking mini dachshund of all things.

    That's what I asked, the answer was basically that it's close enough to a tendon that surgery to remove it may effect use of the limb and she's not going to live long enough for the lead to really effect her because she's a dog. She'll be lucky if she reaches 14, it would take like 20-30 years for it to start effecting brain function if it ever did since it's well encased in scar tissue.

    But I feel ya.
