People in western Maryland are more laid back. Western Maryland is more like WV than the rest of the state.

It's a great mix of Old Bay, and Tabasco sauce. It's not overdone on either front. It's really great on seafood nachos, but works on anything you'd normally put Tabasco sauce on, just with an Old Bay surprise. Fantastic on a plate of over easy eggs, fried green tomatoes, scrapple, and taters.

McCormick owns both Old Bay and Franks red hot. Tastes exactly like the two mixed together. Even the ingredients are comparable.

Same I got ramen noodles for lunch today, and then my gf is making green beans with dinner tonight. Not gonna be an appetizing day food wise

 

I agree back in the day, you had to request them from the meat monger at the grocery store, because they were almost considered waste. People around these parts only used them for crabbing.

Now, wings are the most expensive part of a cut up chicken

Maybe I can work something out though. It would be great to revisit an old double coated deep fried wing recipe I used to play with. The main ingredients were corn flakes, chocolate habaneros, and a spicy/sweet/sticky sauce.

Well, your name is Andrew so you have that going for you. Seems that mountain attracts Andrews like moths to a flame. You can be Tribe Drews, their tents are large enough for a couple more of Y'all. You will have to eat God knows what they serve in ripped open beer cans. It's a really primitive tribe.

Whilst in Korea I adapted to their technique of dropping a Kraft Singles or even shredded cheese atop a still-hot bowl of Ramen. I cannot go back to my pre-cheese ways of instant ramen-eating. Real ramen is good enough to remain cheese-free.

So maybe the group can do a Rusty Chef (as opposed to Iron Chef) to get all these good-food-talkers to put their words into action?

 

Update on my moving Fiasco -

Last night I got a call from Customer Service - She said she became nearly apoplectic reading the goings-on and to trust her when she said she is tracking down everything she needs and getting permissions to make this right, at least in some way. That was encouraging. Here's to hoping yeah?

 

yeah, hopefully you’ll get some resolution but who know what if anything it’ll be.
