I hatted doing the stringers on my deck and front porch. What a PITA! Nothing was level at either end, so none of them were the same. On the front porch, I started on the left, measured, and cut. Then I measured and cut the middle stringer but fucked it up, and it didn't fit. However, I moved it over to the right side stringer, and it was nearly perfect. I still have no idea how I screwed that up. Then I recut the middle stringer again and I still screwed it up and had to make minor adjustments to several steps.

    :annoyed:

A little of this and a little of that.
    Good morning :hattip:

Yep, Wednesday it is. I’m caught up with the lawns, trucks are clean, and when I get my laundry done I think it’s time for some trap shooting at the gun club.

    Enjoy your day. :oldglory:

    Good Morning Folks :hattip:

Grocery shopping day. I've learned that Wednesday morning is a good time to shop. Fewer people in the store to get in my way. Then cut some grass.

    Have a safe day

Went to see two former Tobacco plantations a few days ago. Built around the mid 1700's they were really well preserved and beautiful.

Good morning. Have a good one. I mowed my lawn yesterday and noticed the ride mower was running rough, kind of jumpy. When I finished, I checked the mower. One of the rods or arms that supports the mower deck detached. At first, I thought maybe it was bent, but it looks as if the cotter pin just came out. I am going to try it get it back on today. I don't know if I will need to drop the deck to re-attach it. My step son is coming to give me some advice.
