De put in her notice at work today and they are going apeshit… they want her to give them a “what will it take for you to stay” offer and I’m telling her that’s bullshit they need to offer you what they think it’ll take for you for stay. They have to beg you, you got an offer you’re willing to accept… make them beg you not to take it!

I quit my job this morning.

 

That ain’t gonna cut it, she said she’d turn down six figures if she has to continue to report to her current manager.

All good… what happened?

 

There were some issues with a new guy. An incident yesterday that blew up and I didn't see a positive way forward. When we tried to talk it out this morning, I got steamrolled, so I said my peace and walked out. I've never ever done anything like that before.
