I want to know how that high lift was secured to the swingout...

 

@Gunshot-6A has the December picture in the bag.

 

The swingout was a rectangle, so on the end of the rectangle was just two bolts that it secured to. This was mobtown joes old 4Runner.

 

O, so nothing fancy with like a cup platform to support it or anything???

 

I don’t recall, it may have had a plate on the bottom but I’m not sure. Not really necessary either imo, two 1/2” bolts will provide more than enough clamping force to keep it from going anywhere.

Gonna need some more tiedowns for that trailer top tent!!!!

 

I used some 3” screws to hold it down. Gonna add some permanent D rings for next time
