floor jack with aftermarket skid plate?

    How is this supposed to work? The stock jack knob thing is covered by my new all pro skid plate.

    Do I have to remove it to put a floor jack under the truck?

    But seriously, if changing a tire, jack from the LCAs. If you need to jack up the truck I jack from the cross member in front of the exhaust pipe and put 2 jack stands where the cross member contacts the frame.
