So I would do a progressive add a leaf. I was gonna do a 1 in block but had issues with install. So i went with headstrong add a leaf where you don't need to cut the existing leaf pack.

What setting do you have in the front? This stance is perfect!

I have the Eibach stage 1 on the first clip with a wheelers offroad 1.5 single add a leaf and it’s only a little rake. I’m sure if you put it to the 2nd notch it would be pretty level or a little front high until it settles. Here's a pic of my setup.

Sweet setup, that's the stance I'm going for, especially when I get a camper shell. What size tires you running?

By chance would you know how much lift you would loose by taking the overload out? Thanks.

Uhh I don't. Currently I'm at 23.25" hub to fender which is 1.25" over stock. I'm assuming without the overload it would be around 0.75" give or take a 1/4".

Thanks for the reply. I'm getting this kit installed in the fall and trying to figure out what to do about the rear. I'm wanting it to set level.

On the 1st notch, 1.5" is pretty level with a slight rake. I'm guessing fully level would be 1" in the rear. Honestly, I would go with a 3 leaf AAL over a single just because of the stiffer ride with a single aal. Headstrong, Wheelers, and Icon all sell 1.5" 3 Leaf AALs.

You could also go with the Icon RXT Multi-Rate Leaf pack which gives 1.8" on the 1st option. I've heard good things too.

they’re 34” ridge grapplers. 285/75/R17 with -10 offset. for the amount of minimal modifications it takes to fit the tires they’re the best size tire for the tacoma imo.

I appreciate the feedback. I'll definitely look into the 3 leaf AAL. The full leaf pack is out of my price range at the moment.

So I got the kit on this past weekend and the measurements are as follows:

    37 3/4 l 37 1/4
    39 3/4 l 40 1/4

Eibach stage 1 set to 2nd clip
I have the 1/4" lean spacer on the driver side and now its 1/2" higher.. should I remove the spacer?
I have 1-1/2" AAL in the rear with overload leaf in.. Should I remove the AAL or overload leaf to get the truck level?
I don't understand how the driver side has 2" of rake and passenger side has 3"? (measurements taken with 1/4 tank of gas)

The AAL will most likely settle some, my 1.5" with overload did. Passenger sits higher than driver but with the lean spacer it would be pretty equal which is odd. Your rear also sits higher than mine did when I first got my add-a-leaf.

If you're on the 2nd notch, I believe it would be too high in the front to be level if you removed the AAL but you can always try and see. On the 2nd notch it's supposed to be at 2.5" of lift in the front.

As for removing the spacer, I would give it a week or two to see how much it settles.

I'm currently on the 1st notch, but bought a steel bumper that weighs 70lbs (SSO Slimline Tube Bumper) was wondering if I'd need to go up to the 2nd notch to accommodate the weight. I'm hesitant because while it is heavier, it's not like it's a BA 200lb front bumper either.

    Thoughts?

I don't see 70lbs as being enough to go up a notch but I'd do it anyway. If it were 200lbs like you said, definitely.

Haven’t posted in here for awhile. Contemplating going up to the 2nd clip, but can’t make up my mind. I have no extra weight up front and I’m concerned about a harsher ride. Opinions welcome.

It'll be a little stiffer but these spring are already stiff. Personally I end up adding a 1/4" spacer on both sides instead of going to the 2nd clip.
