Worked in a stick world, so this and cast iron were the hard ones. Well, aluminum was a special breed of its own. I see you’re a downhill, they call that pipeline. Shipyarders are uphill. I remember stainless wire wheel and brushes for stainless and aluminum… Ah, those days…

I had a visit from a Varmint I did not see what kind it chewed the lid off the peanut butter jar on the counter.

I did not see any sign of the lid .

    Things could get interesting

I guess it comes down to how often you get the chance to use those skills.

Knowing just what flavor Stainless is a big help. When the person that wrote the procedure makes a simple typo it gets real interesting.

When we bought our first Self Clean oven the Mrs. asked what that drop down screen thing did on the front door window.
Told ‘er it’s to stop the food from tryin’ to Escape. :)

Thanks! It was my first time trying to make a machining video.. so the shots and editing aren't the best.. but I had a vision! lol

We wanted to showcase this part/job with the customer, as it was a big project for them as well. We were being showcased in the local manufacturing magazine at that time too, so we submitted photos and videos of this project for that. Was fun.. but really only worth it for these larger, cooler parts with fun toolpaths. I want to do it again when we get another cool job in.. and do a better video.
