How long did you have to wait for your factory 2022 order/request/whatever it is called?

My bad... that's 16 million. You think Toyota will trade it for a new one??? LOL

 

And mine may be an antique with 3 miles on it before I get it!

 

This may be the reason why many of us are experiencing delays.. they're out joyriding in our new trucks!

From what I've seen in the last 2 months where I am there's the one dealer getting all the allocations for the pro's they have 11 allocated right now on Toyota's search engine. Just happens there the one charging a mark up and mandatory addons.........

Skipped ahead a few pages (hard to keep up).... wanted to share my news, my 2nd dealer told me back in early July that they were getting allocated a DCSB 6 speed Premium Sport (2nd choice) in Army Green (3rd choice) with everything I wanted, to be built in early Aug. I tried not to get too excited, and left them alone, finally called today and got the built sheet... 8/3 build, with expected delivery end of Aug/first week in Sept... he said something about it being built 'stateside'... not sure thats true, unless he meant Mexico not Japan. At this point I will be going on a year in Oct (long story, 1st dealer was a dead end), so I think this might be the one.

Arrived at Newark today, waiting on one more truck ride to the dealership.

 

They called me right after I posted. Would have been nice for them to last week. Picking up on Tuesday, my next day off. Can’t wait! Is there any chance they could pull the rug out from under me and sell it to someone else at this point if we have an appointment!? Haha some beers coming your way !

Hmmm, maybe one of the reasons some aren't getting their trucks is a problem with the ODO. Just kidding.
Do I see at the bottom of the display, quantity of engine oil? What are the units on the quantity? What other cool telemetrics can be obtained via the Toyota App? I suppose all will be revealed to me, if I receive a permanent VIN.

 

Hi @Rod03 can you check 3TYCZ5AN4NT091728 again? 3 or 4 days ago you had it waiting for transport but my dealer is telling me it's still being built.

 

Unless they are looking at a different VIN, this one Vessel departed on 07/28. From Lazaro Cardenas, MX in route to the Benicia Port. The truck was build on 07/05.

 

Well, mine is built and officially mine but not in my possession. I called yesterday and was told it is still at the Houston port (100 miles away)awaiting transport. In the conversation the salesman said they were running a deal this week for those with allocations if we’d go ahead and do paperwork before Saturday they’d include a $500 gas card. So I figured I’d take advantage and my still low credit union rate.

 

@Rod03 can you check out this 6/4 build it’s showing a mile and hopefully this is hope for the 6/4 gang
