I know that everyone has different levels of heat/spice that they can tolerate in their food, so for me, I didn't find the soups flavor/heat base too hot, it was just like a bit of chili oil to me but my GF could not have have eaten any of it, it would have melted her tongue.

I use the Wegmans private label soup stocks, they taste good and they aren't very expensive. I don't find any heat with the Thai soup stock, a good flavor and maybe a bit salty so I cut it with some water.

Dammnit Rob! I was going to stay in tonight but now you've triggered the 'Wing' gene in my brain, so I guess I need to put on some decent clothes and drive into Westminster for some tasty snacks. Yours look incredible, great job!

I guess if I have a guest I could break out the Ikea bowls! :D I just eat it like a proud bachelor, straight out of the pot that I cooked it in. One less dish to clean afterwards.

Do you ever get Thai food? I love some panang curry, and the place I order from uses Thai basil leaves in it. Nice and spicy and I absolutely love it. As a matter of fact, I may want to order that for lunch tomorrow now that I think about it!

Joe, I feel ya. My lights in all my vehicles don't have an off switch, and I need my flashers not to short out bulbs either. I'm a dedicated LED fan but as long as whatever you run has the throw you need, go with whatever works.

This is My Boy out in Steer Country Texas (actually some yupified area but he's a Texan thru and thru) Brett's @Parker315 thread: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/3rd-gen-led-and-hid-lighting-upgrades-discussion-poll.573318/

You won't find better info anywhere on the forum about lights. Brett really knows his shit and I respect his opinion greatly. Plus he's damn sexy in a cowboy hat and shorts.

Here's a video of the flashers he hooked me up with. Incredible and I still wonder why these aren't oem on every vehicle.

    https://youtu.be/IHNz2coPIQw

I believe there's another thread I lived on for a while with Brett. Once I learned on there that by indexing the blades of the LED to 3 & 9 as I said, that made all the difference. The OG's like Brett on this were the guys taking the Hikari bulbs that were already killer and using tiny drill bits to re-drill the screw holes for the heat sink housing and then realigning them to the proper index manually. Then Xenon Depot dropped some with the feature built in. Game changer. Now it might be a common thing. I am not sure 2nd Gens benefit or not. That thread, and Brett and I both have Turds but if anyone knows what's new and what's currently best, it might be Brett.

Or who knows. I am a lousy friend and for all I know he lost his Taco in a stampede or some shit :annoyed:

Good grief, is that a light bar for a turn signal?! That’s ridiculous! Lol. I’m definitely interested in lighting, and used to obsess over it. That’s why I ran LED’s for a few years. But once I began to have never ending issues with them is when I decided to just go back to the standard bulbs.

I’ll be sure to give that a good read while at the desk tomorrow. Thanks for putting the link there for me.

Occasionally I will go to a really good Thai place in downtown Frederick near Nolas and the Black Hog. Their Pad Thai makes my neck sweat, that's saying something!

Morning MD. It should be criminal to be up this early, especially on a weekend. But I get off early so that’s good I suppose. Happy Saturday, all.

What’s the name of it? I don’t think Frederick is too terribly far from me, and I could always make an adventure day out of it.

If you meet Rob to learn something it will probably be which mall security uses Segways and who has the best food court or besr places to park.

Yeah, besides not having any communication technologies or internet, I heard the wheel hasn't been invented in some places of SC too so we forgive you Bobby. :D

I guess this makes 6 of Y'all now making the transition to SC. What part? I like SC.

You still got that wide body Taco? :mudding:

Nice seeing you post up. Hope to see more :proposetoast:
