Could be poor and stupid. Missing out. I live a couple minutes from California but the lottery is still the last thing on my mind but I can't go a day without hearing about the lottery.

 

Good find. I have seen that truck a few times. Every time it gets posted there is a little less of it for sale.

Same. I had such good hair. My only advice is don't hold on too long if it happens. You get two options and only one is the correct one.
(But when the time comes, its pretty freeing)

On the other hand I wish I had done something 5 years ago instead of just committing to shaving it off and letting it get worse lol

 

I got tired of cleaning shit up. Haircut and shave from someone who knows what they're doing is a nice small pleasure.

 

yeah I learned a long time ago that a cheap haircut is a cheap haircut. Especially if you have longer hair. Buzz cut is one thing but Supercuts will fuck you up if you actually need someone that knows what they're doing lol.

 

I'm not ashamed to say I loved my hair but I also wasn't going to be one of those guys who goes through like ten different attempts trying to keep it around using Keeps or whatever else. Once that front island broke off the mainland it was over

 

Yeah I can't imagine what a chain place would do to you lol.
People sleep on good old fashioned barber shops but you'll find the best folks in them. Lady that does mine is in her 60s and could do it with her eyes shut.

 

If I start balding I might just keep the rest of it long and resign myself to a life of scalping Grateful Dead tickets outside the Forum until I die

 

I had to keep up a professional look for over +11 years after the military.

Now, I get a haircut once every 2 months or so. But the guy that cuts it is the best barber I've ever had and humble as hell too.

Come to find out later he's won a lot of awards.

He uses a straight razor around the neck, side burn, cheek areas and all to make sure you're nice and clean cut.

 

Someone who is good with a straight razor is a always a nice treat. I know people think its frivolous but not one friend has regretted it when I've told them to just give it a try.

 

Straight razors are so 20th century, gotta get one of them fire cuts
