Spent close to $5500 on a recent order with this company. Bought the stealth bumper, a lightbar, smitty XRC winch, smitty rooftop tent, fridge, rack, and skid plate.

I placed the order back on June 30th. I opted for a local pick up as I am in Fort Worth where they are located. I drove about 30 minutes away to pick up my order. I was given a tour of the facility and some swag, and I left with partial delivery. When I got home, I found the skid plate I ordered wasn't delivered with the proper hardware. I called and let them know about the problem and the assured me the parts would be delivered. Finally almost a month after pick up I received the hardware necessary hardware to install my skid plate. The story continues....

The next day, my smittybilt fridge arrived. It was DOA. I reached out to caliraised, after calling smittybilt and wasn't offered any answers about returning the product. Eventually, a new one was shipped to me.

My bumper, winch and bar was installed by treaddepot, the installer recommended by caliraised. They were outstanding. However, on installation, they were missing hardware and asked me if the bar was used, as the screw threads were damaged. They had to rethread my $300 plus light bar because it was also defective on arrival.

Was told I would have my tent rack over 3 weeks ago. Was promised 5 different times regarding delivery dates, and they came and went. Had to cancel my order.

While I love the look of my truck, I just have to warn future buyers regarding their customer service. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. I tried to give local business my money and got fucked. At the very least they shouldn't be an endorsed vendor here.

Why am. I not surprised? Typical millenial "boutique" business. They're special, the customer is not.

I've got Cali Raised LED foglights on my 2nd Gen, and I love them. However, my mechanic ordered them through his supplier and only charged me the labor associated with installing them. I never actually dealt with Cali Raised directly, but after reading this I might not want to!

I actually have had nothing but great customer service from them. Aent me thw wrong skid plate, i got the prototype. I had painted it and they sent me a new one, powder coated, no issues.

Sliders ordered and came on time too, no issues.

Sucks you had such a bad experience . But it happens with any business. Its more crappy qhen its so much money.

Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt… The entire deal put a bad taste in my mouth. Learned my lesson, and hopefully they will too from this feedback.

A bit curious about this comment… did you just go search this guys post history just to discredit his comment?

Nah, I've seen his posts for weeks and he never has anything to say but negative or insulting comments. Getting the list was a question of looking at his post history, took literally 60 seconds. That last post just got me to the point where I put him on ignore.

I’ve ordered a few things from them and never had an issue. I picked up armor at their CA warehouse and had them ship smaller stuff to my house. YMMV with any vendor I guess.

I ordered one of their front bumpers.
Great service. Fast shipping, and the 70 pound bumper arrived in great condition.
One of their guys called me after and checked on me to see how it was.
Asked for input and constructive criticisms.

Sorry to hear your plight with Cali OP. I've had a behind the grill lightbar and mounting brackets from them for the past four years without issue. The brackets show zero rust and the lighbar is as sound as my BD's and I live in the PNW and drive to the mountain two times a week in the winter to go skiing. Maybe they've gotten worse over the years but customer service also no issues.

Cali Raised- My experience has been good so far. Located in Hawaii everything has to be flown or ship in. I would give a 5 star ratings on my experience.

Sorry to hear about the missing bolts and threads. Sometimes returns are put back on the shelf’s.
I had order from many aftermarket parts from other companies, had a few missing parts/damages, they all made good .

Cali Raised is a well known and popular company. No company will always have perfect products made for them. The company is also only as good as its people .

Will Cali Raised get negative reviews? “ Yes” Things do go wrong. Hopefully someone can reach out to him to clear up the problems.

I think most people here including myself never realize there are two companies, not related. Different owners.
One In Texas and the one in California who brought the name Cali Raised Off Road.

Cali Raised LED located in Fort Worth, Texas. Logo has a bear.
Cali Raised Off road has a different logo.

Cali Raised LED (Texas)is the one that person is having a problem.
Now I am not sure whom i dealt with. I think the original in California, before they moved.
