    That’s too funny, my last truck was a Ram 1500. Got rid of it because it was a piece of junk. I can’t remember if I mentioned that in this thread already or not; I complain about it a lot so I lose track lol

    Rams have some good years an some terrible ones a buddy had a 2011. Total junk. Mine was an o6 nightrunner. But it was getting old and too expensive to maintain.

    Ahh gotcha.

    Mine was a 2013. Bought it brand new and I took excellent care of it but the electronics started to fall apart at around 60K miles. The older models did seem more reliable, not all that fancy technology that has glitches.

    Well the o6 was the first year they decided to put the tpm (total power module) a fancy name for solid state circuits and little fuses of any kind. Well they stuck it under the hood exposed to humidity. Bad idea. It fails every 4-6 years. Nothing but chasing gremlins from there on.

    4-6 years is exactly when mine started to turn into a rolling turd. That would explain a lot! The majority of the issues were electronic although there were also some rust issues as well.
