Right… but Robinhood has said they’re committed to keeping margins rates at the upper bound of Fed Funds Target rate. In 2018 you wouldn’t have come anywhere close to a margins call. I’m just saying… modern culture is interested in taking huge risk on individual tickers and crypto plays but I think it’s much wiser to by stable ETF’s or indexed funds and take on some leverage. Also… even SP500 funds pay small dividends. Can’t leave that out of the calculation. I’ve run some simulations in Python using historical data if anyone is interested in seeing them.

I saw another podunk dealer, (I wrote a thread about a used dealer that had 3 or 4 but this is a new one) --- just the other day. This guy is in the middle of nowhere and his inventory never moves. Small guy, like maybe 25 cars tops. Well he got an FJ, and old one. Ugly too. Black with the white top and a rack.
It sat there for all of 4 days tops, and its gone.

Those FJ's are gonna be classics, mark my word.

 

And they have that good engine too.

The flooding in Las Vegas was caused by a thunderstorm which brought heavy rainfall.



A rare thunderstorm hit Las Vegas on Thursday night, triggering flash floods in the area which houses several famous casinos.

Unfortunately I have no opinion on oil.

 

Olive oil is the best for sauteeing, but if you're gonna sear a steak, go for something with a higher flashpoint so you won't get as much smoke. Coconut or peanut oil work well.
