Yeah don’t I know it. I have a slew of stuff coming in air vent rings (red). Red Toyota lettered grill. Driver side seat lift. Window rain guards. To name a few.

Driver side seat lift mod accomplished. 3/4 inch of lift didn’t need much. As I am ‘5 10”. I used 3 beefy washers on each rear side 14 mm ratchet and a few turns with the front anchor bolts as well and your done.

Buying the QuikFix commercial seat risers was the first mod I made to my 2019 SR5. It changed the seat angle so that I didn't feel like 10 year trying to drive Dad's truck. I'm about your height and it was an instant improvement.

Other mods in no particular order.

    OEM bed mat.
Console, Glovebox, and under rear seat storage organizers.
Side Steps. (Not sliders) Bought them because my wife complained about entry height. Guess what she never uses?
I added a fuse box as part of my radio install. Part of that was adding a double USB port up front and another at the back of the center console.
    Window Vent Shades.
MESO Cement AC vent trim rings (In retrospect I should have got flat black)
    OEM tail gate lock.
    MESO Stage 1 taillight kit
DonGar rear view mirror power adapter for my Dash Cam.
    Dash Cam.
Spot mirrors as the my SR5 didn't come with blind spot monitor.
    Panavise Cell phone mount
    MES0 Gashole 2
The Taco Garage Single Dashboard Mount.

I bought it used and it came with aftermarket tinted windows and an OEM Tonneau cover that was dealer installed.

No tire, wheel, lift, slider, etc. mods as I don't off road.

I think that's the whole list.

There's also at least one thread about the Pros and Cons of removing the front air dam. I opted to keep it.

I picked up the washers at werk one night. Seemed like a good idea to lift the seat with them. Wasn’t gonna do jack with’em anyways. Lol

Haha nice! Yeah I keep seeing people say that they had wished they’d done the seat jackers a long time ago so I figured I would give them a go.

Same. It drives me f**kin crazy when you take the truck in for maintenance and they move the driver’s seat. Takes me a week of driving to get it back into the right position lol

Frankly, I don't consider the Tacoma a great candidate for serious off roading. Even the TRD Off Road seems to need a lot of upfitting to do well. If I were doing the serious off roading that some people here do, I'd try to find a suitable Class A surplus truck, maybe a HUMVEE.

OTOH, if Toyota wanted to market a serious off road truck that wasn't fragile, they'd just resurrect the F45 and modernize it. Jeep has done that since shortly after WW 2 with some success. At least if you get a good Wrangler or variant.

The original what we call F40 trucks were copies of US Jeeps made for the Japanese Army in WW2.

There fixed it for ya. I don’t either consider any pick up for that matter to be a serious off roader. That being said modified tacomas are just what the majority of serious drivers to accommodate the worst case scenario’s ass far as weather and snow. That is the goal for me. Get the truck ready for anything that comes my way. Knowing full well in advance I won’t be doing anything like hill climbs, rock crawls or mud pits.

I forgot to mention the Snail Armor tail gate inner panel. Makes it a lot more comfortable to sit on the tailgate (when it's open).

It's aluminum. At least I think so. I have a bed divider for sale on the NE Sale thread. There's a picture of the divider sitting on the tailgate and you can see the tailgate liner as well. That was a pickup from a guy on a firearms forum who was selling it to finance something for his kids.
