Did you ever rejet or were you still running real lean? I got money on you melting a hole in the cylinder

 

It’s rejeted… no issues there I was having timing chain issues we fixed the adjuster that was jammed the bike ran good for like an hour then broke

edit: the bike got rejeted after my exhaust was put on like 3 days after it only ran lean for a few days until I could work on it

When you say it just spins over, no compression spins or just not running but still compression spinning?

either way, good luck, hope it's not too bad

 

Basically it sounds like the starter is trying to start something and it’s spinning but no compression so I wonder if the timing chain guide broke or the chain came off

 

Very well could've jumped timing, mashed valves, then lost all compression that way.

I love the T7. I really hope Honda releases the Transalp. At 749cc's, it'd be great competition for the middle weight class. Personally, that's the biggest I'd ever go for a bike that I wanted to put in the woods.

But honestly, a CRF450 Rally would be the tits for me

 

That video is old. He did an awesome transformation to get rid of that ugly gold and red, and get back to a better color scheme.

But hes also in FL, so I guess not much cool stuff to ride there besides sand. Same guy is selling the baby poop colored T7, that @spencermarkd called it

I think Honda need an 850. They already have the CB500X

 

From what I've read, they've already developed a 749cc engine for it. They have also put in a patent for "Transalp". The designer of the Africa Twin said there's a gap and it'd complete their Adventure lineup.
