Welding blankets "delivered" today. Just minutes before that, I received a spam call that I ignored.

After my package delivered, I decided to call the number only to find out it was Amazon; guess they tried to reach me?

Well, the dumbass delivered it to the wrong address.

Was thoroughly impressed that it would've delivered the same day I placed the order since I don't need it until next Saturday...but I guess it didn't matter cause the idiot didn't even make it to my house.

 

Thats...a lot of rust

 

Hope you didnt order the fiberglass blankets. If so, you wont want them anyways. Itchy as hell.

When I replace the deck I'm gonna weld in new and cut out the old lol

I've talked myself out of it for now.

No doubt it's a nice bumper, and a great price (even factoring in $300 for the cross member, which I'm sure could be fab'd for a lot less), but I don't need an off-road bumper and it would just become another thing of my list of things to maybe do someday.

Maybe if it's still there in a few days.

 

I just want something that'll be durable too.

Throw them in a plastic tote until I need them again.

 

Sounds flammable. Do comforters get some flame-retardant treatment?

Lights and fuse panel mounted, need to get a sticky pad for the switch panel, and then wire up the lights.

And heelers make Toyotas look good
