    You don't give a guy much to work with...

    The truck is a 1940-47 Ford.

    As it has a 60 mph speedometer and what looks to be the large bolt pattern wheels/brakes it was a heavy model. The shaded areas on the speedometer showed the speed ranges for each of the 3 gears. The 1/2 tons had a 100 mph speedometer.

    The engine is a Chev, I see an ignition coil poking up so it had breaker points - built before 1974 if original.
