Already have that exact grinder, might buy for the 80 buck 5.0 anyway lol

 

I have a crap ton of Milwaukee stuff for work, I’ll have to lay it all out when I’ve got some time to clean the little car.
But, I just bought the fuel, always buy the fuel version, weed eater, and it came with an 8 amp battery and works well. Haven’t tried my 12’s in it yet, may not fit. The bump to advance the trimming line seems iffy, has anyone run one of these for a while yet, how do they hold up for household yard duty? I like it so far….

 

Thats a different grinder, I wanted and bought the 2980-20 grinder package which comes with a 6.0 HO battery. Heres another members cart picture of the one I bought.

That’s a different one. The deal I just got includes a grinder and 5ah battery plus an additional 5ah that you can return making the total for grinder plus 5ah $83

 

Looks like the additional 5ah battery is no longer an option.

 

I’m not seeing where you add the additional battery for that price , was it a deal for yesterday

 

I have one. Works good for my 1/2 acre fence line. Usually just need one 8 amp battery. Can usually use the same battery with the leaf blower for a cleanup. Sometimes need a second 8 amp battery for the blower if I let it get too long. Bumping the line out works OK. I rarely pull out the gas weed eater now. Got a metal blade for the gas one and just use it for heavy duty jobs now. Don't miss the gas one at all for the most part.

 

Looks like they fixed their mistake. Tempted to go pickup the free battery so they don’t cancel my whole order.

So are you getting it for 159 total with the battery or 101 with tool and free battery . I just downloaded the app and it’s still saying 159 total
