So it's time to start to update or continue with this build. This past weekend was wheeling yotacrawl 2022. And some things happened I'll be posting up all the mods and repairs as I go along this month.
The trick will be to keep the truck in running condition daily which I don't think I'll.pull off but let's see. The end game hear is to do some much needed maintainance items and at the same time see how a 37" tire will fit or not fit. :) and so I'll begin with ordering some parts....

I'm cancelling the Newfoundland trip for 2 reasons.
    1. covid rally made me feel 10 years older and I get tired easily and apparently I snore now... I don't know never heard it myself
    2. yep spending money on truck this year unplanned but has to happen sometime. the rock will wait like the so many other adventures planned.

What order would you do this in?
    Any input appreciated.

    1. Diff oils t case and trans oils
    2 cam tab gussets
    3. Upper control arm bushings
    4. Lift bed and secure with washers bed is loose
    5 . Install dobinsons with 886springs
    6. Test fit a 37" tire and cut wheel well left side
7 test fit a 37" tire and cut wheel well right side
    8. Same with rear bed sides.

This all states next week I'm hoping. :frusty: got a headache just thinking about this..lol. hahaha.

I would try and do the suspension work at the same time. Upper control arm bushings shouldn’t take long. Can put the shocks in at that time. While the shocks are out you can test fit the 37 and take some pics of where to cut. Can cycle it at that time though.

cam gussets may be a pain if the bolts are seized but I think you changed yours out with the bison tabs. So should be good.

Would wait to do diff oils last in case you have to remove the front cv’s.

I’m thinking with the 2” body lift you shouldn’t be hitting the top fender. Just the firewall will be an issue. After this past weekend my upper fender got eaten so I’m assuming the extra 2” should help (that’s what she said).

I can't varify if the body lift helps because I dont have any real world experience with this but I still had to cut at the top hear is some pics of how far along I am so far
Pic 1 is of the wheel on the bump stop the top will clear but when turned it hits the front
pic 2 is the left front wheel turned to the right and shows where it hits
I ended up cutting into the wiring harness on the right side where the windshield bottle is. I'm doing this in the driveway and got sick from the heat yesterday so resting today 55 aint easy. lol.

Looking good. For reference I am rubbing where you are with a 35. I also have some 1” spacers that may be of use for test fitting.
