Yep. Trailer park is sold. But it was a self-financed deal. The guy is paying me in monthly payments. So far he hasn’t missed any.

No luck on the house yet. Realtor wants to do an all day open house this Sunday. So I gonna go out of town to see my sister that day. I’ll probably end up doing a similar deal on it. It needs too much work to qualify for a loan.

 

You should strap a small-ish sign on your backside promoting tips for a job well done. Make sure it’s bright and reflective.

Mice…plural. They’re eating the poison. Dunno if it’s killing them or making them Mutant ROUS.
The only dead one I’ve seen is my favorite one that lived in my desk and came out to say howdy sometimes. He died on my desktop right beside the hunk of poison. Poor little feller.
