just a couple of things tbh
you and me both haha i gotta take off the case cover on the clutch side so ill get to see what it is tonight...

so far a few coworkers have taken bets on these options

    1. the sprocket for the timing chain was destroyed
    2. the key way for the sprocket was destroyed so it spins
    3. timing chain snapped down low and i cant see it
    4.broken crankshaft
    5. broken plastic guide that broke the chain or made it come off

feel free to guess which it might be haha

These are so easy (and cheap) to mod though. White plastics are available from mexico, but rumor has it 2023's might have more color options.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Early on, I thought maybe the ring gear on the clutch lost a tooth but that doesn't explain dying after running pretty well. Broken cam chain would be fairly obvious if you've got the valve cover off, wouldn't it? Cam gear @ the crank? Would think that unlikely but who knows?

So I pulled the other side off and everything looks fine? But when I turn the motor over the timing chain sprocket on the crankshaft does not spin the sprocket behind it and in front of it both spin everything spins buuut that one sprocket… so I’ll have to pull the clutch basket thing to access those sprockets to see wtf is going on

I had a lowering link on my DRZ with the forks slid up in the triples. I didn't have any issues then, so hoping for the same :D

That does look shockingly close. Love my new Triumph though! I do have a love affair with the proper ADV bike look, but I think the sport tourer I have fits my needs much more appropriately (and at a better price point)

I'd do Squadrons. S1s are nice, but the additional lenses will light up the area better I feel and look more proportional on a big liter ADV bike.

I can’t get the T-Rex pannier rack because I sit on the back part of the seat. Dang tall people problems.

So good. I do need to pick up a windshield visor or wait for the Puig tourer screen to drop for it though. I'm a little more torso than leg, so on the highway, the wind buffets the top inch or two of my helmet and gets a little noisy. Not terrible but would make a long day in the saddle a bit longer if on a bigger ride.

I also am patiently waiting for someone to make a bigger brake pedal lever. My big feet overshadow the teeny tiny oem pedal.
