Are those people really “well to do” or just putting on a show?

I’m totally debt free as well.

Looks like house of cards to me.

Wealthiest client of mine drives a 15 year old Camry. Could give two shits about status. Buys his clothes at second store. He is the epitome of anti-status quo.

Can you electronically squat the Rivian? That would be a huge bonus.

It has air suspension, so “yes” it can squat AND raise

    Those are 34” equivalents

Supply and demand. Scorpion All Terrain tires are probably among the shittiest options out there. They sell for about $200-$250 a tire...the reason its marked up is because they only have 7 in stock.

The reviews on the Tire Rack completely contradict that. I’m pretty sure my Tacoma TRD Pro came with the shittiest option out there.

Right, you take the reviews of people who use these to drive to starbucks in Arizona.

but hey they got an 8.6/10 for mud traction from people who have never driven in mud...LMAO

The more we talk about the Rivian the funnier the joke becomes.

I've seen these tires in mud, they become racing slicks. These tires are mostly used as OE tires from the manufacturer and are typically only repurchased by those who are afraid to stray away from OE. Ford put these on their trucks for a while, not sure they still do or not. No different than people buying the stock Tacoma tires, the only people doing it are to keep it OE, NOT because the tires are good.

    That’s called anecdotal evidence.

Also, I’m sure most of these people are intentionally taking a route to drive through mud.

You can't challenge the credibility of my argument with your own personal opinion. Atleast I have seen these tires live on stage in the wild outside of a paved road.

If I had to choose between the Goodyear and the Perelli I would choose the Goodyear simply because it has a better warranty.

    They both suck.

    How much are steel wheels?

Much like an ICV, they are designed to cost you money. EVs have only exacerbated that line of thinking.

21" tires, that sounds like a stupid idea to anyone who has ever bought a tire.

Hey 21" wheels worked for the chuck wagon.

I take my truck off-road and it cost that much. I’d do the same with a Rivian.

Truthfully, even a stock 2022 Tacoma looks better than the Rivian.

Probably if pay and additional $3500 they’ll let you download software to make the rear air bags squat. :D
