They look real good. Mine look pretty terrible up close and I'm up against the clips.

    Oh look, another mod....
If you start the install at 4am, it'll be "only" 84 degrees.

I just went from the stock OR shocks to 6112/5160's (4/3 up front and 1" blocks in back for a modest lift). Ride now is 100% better. Much smoother & more 'planted' now (w/ a lot more absorbtion). No more floaty bounce, body roll, nose dive etc. I shoud've never waited 2 years to get rid of those OEM off-road shocks....

I tried applying touch up paint to the rig this morning for some rock chips on the hood and bumper. It didn’t go so well. I just don’t have the finesse required. Oh well at least it won’t rust….

Finally got the courage to tackle Clazzio all black leather seat cover install. Took everyone's advice: leave covers in the sun and unbolt front seats and they went on in 2.5 hrs in Texas heat..well in the garage which made it 99 instead of 110 degrees.hardest part was getting the velcro to attach on front seat back portion.no cut hands and no rips in material.really didn't hurt my hands ( been doing manual labor most of my life) huge difference in look of interior. Now have gently used all black rough country front and rear seat covers kicking around if anyone wants to make an offer. Very clean and garage kept truck.

Installed TAC side steps. Went on easy and seeem very sturdy. Been going back and forth between nerf bars and these. Went with these to hide that area right under the cab and for wife to get in easier.
