Any interest in a Hard Head Veterans ATE Bump (non-ballistic) helmet?

Tan, size M/L, never worn... just collecting dust because I ended up going with Team Wendy instead. Out of stock right now but I'd do $180 OBO local pickup for AZTW peeps.

Ooof children let's calm down and stop throwing crayons.

Honestly budget grade optics have made huge leaps in the past few years and as long as you get something above the "stripped its turrets immediately and wouldn't hold zero before that anyways" range of optics they're not bad.
That extra bit of fit, finish, and durability of the "big name" optics makes living with them much better though. The clicks on the adjustment are crisper, the edges of the optic have less distortion, it's just plain nicer.

My only major beef with the budget optics though:
You're putting money into the hands of the CCP. We need to avoid that as much as possible. Yes I know it's impossible to NOT end up giving money to China these days but I would argue that when you can manage it, don't.

yes. and further, since the instigators don’t know what other optics i have, or my routine for changing them out and testing them, makes their comments even more invalid and hostile.

Just to add, Swampfox is owned by an American that founded an OEM optics factory in China. So, although many of the components are manufactured overseas, more money stays in the US (I think...im pretty sure that's how it works). I've compared 4 RDO's on my carry pistols, sig Romeo Zero, Holosun, Shield, and SF Sentinel. Of them all, the Sentinel felt pretty high quality (aluminum/glass), had nice adjustment "clicks", and has held zero for over 3000 rounds so far. I was happy enough with my SF sight, that I ditched the rest, and replaced all my pistol sights with SF units. I dont have enough experience with their rifle optics yet, but I'm not ruling them out.
