After wildfires of 98 Florida started there programs and do it well, I know a lot of burn bosses that get flown all over to help and start burning programs,like @Cwopinger said don’t think they do a lot but I may remember them wanting to start of federal paid

 

It was a little stressful the first couple days with us being out of town. They got a good line around town and got some containment % on it last night. Definitely headed in the right direction.

No prescribed burns here. Only ones they do are after logging and burning the slash piles. Wish they would start so we don’t have these huge fires multiple times every summer.

All the delivery guys and gals that come here are very nice people. Recently began getting all our prescriptions delivered and they are nice people as well.

I still have my foot. Physician Assistant said it's not time to amputate it just yet. She prescribed me some anti-inflammatory meds (basically a football sized ibuprofen) said if that doesn't help then they'll schedule me to see a podiatrist. They also took x-rays and didn't see anything abnormal other than some possible arthritis.
I was just busy yesterday. After Dr appointment got some chores done around the house, in the sweltering heat. Then got a call at 4 PM work asking me to come in for a couple hours that evening.

@tirediron heres a few photos of the book I mentioned several weeks ago. A good friend gave it to me, it’s copyrighted 1957 and belonged to an FFA library. Nobody ever checked it out. There are no John Deere markings on the outside of the book.

 

The faces on the 4-stroke diagram look like various stages of taking a dump.
