Overcast with occasional rain the last 5 days in Bishop. The higher elevations are getting hammered. I left Mammoth 15 minutes early because it started dumping silver dollar size drops. By the time I hit 395 it was a proper downpour with pooling water on the road. I put the 4Runner in AWD to feel safer at my preferred 73 MPH. lol

 

I walked up to the mailbox with my foul weather sailing gear on and pretended I didn't live in the fucking desert for 5 minutes.

 

Yeah. It's been a while since we've had a proper monsoon pattern set-up. lol

 

That's why it's always important to keep $700 worth of raingear on hand. JUST IN CASE you need it for a couple minutes twice a year.

 

Most of out produce here, also comes across from the border.. I have minors in horticulture and crop science, for some reason I always look at the country of origin on fruits and vegetables. I always try and buy lettuce and Spinach from USA because of known e. coli issues with the products coming from Mexico. Also back in college, Dr. P said, "California is the Ganola State; because that's where all the "fruits" and "nuts" come from!"

OK. Just had some time to dig into NASDAQs 5800 series. It's their delisting policy. This halt is not for a delist. Why? Here's why:

"(A) Bid Price

A failure to meet the continued listing requirement for minimum bid price shall be determined to exist only if the deficiency continues for a period of 30 consecutive business days. Upon such failure, the Company shall be notified promptly and shall have a period of 180 calendar days from such notification to achieve compliance. Compliance can be achieved during any compliance period by meeting the applicable standard for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days during the applicable compliance period, unless Staff exercises its discretion to extend this 10 day period as discussed in Rule 5810(c)(3)(H)."
