    We spent a few days in black hills just out of deadwood. Went down to wind cave too. Next year we plan to do something g bigger after financially recouping.

    A 16 year old turned into me. Head on collision. I was going about 25mph..We're think she was going 30+... Frame was fucked. Fender pushed in and the firewall was compromised from all the movement as well. Their insurance paid me essentially what I bought it for in 2016. I just bought a new 4runner to replace it with. Needed to have a real backseat this go around.

    :eek: Truck looked like it faired way better than the car. Glad you're good and sounds like on the up with their insurance. I think you'll enjoy the Runner more than the 3rd gen imo.

    Only thing I don't like so far is the acceleration is even more sluggish. But it still at <500miles so I haven't gunned it yet.

    Neither us or the other driver were hurt. She's super lucky as she didn't have a belt on.

    It looks better than it is. Whole drivers wheel and suspension are shot. The steering assembly needed replaced too.

    Oh there will be some mods all right
    If it's anything like 3rd gen Tacoma's it will be way better after it's broken in. I test drove three separate brand new on the lot third gens and they were terrible but my used 2020 I ended up buying felt way better than the new ones.
