Momma was a school teacher so the money and purse had to be hidden but the cigs were needed for between classes.

When I started teaching there was still a smoking room for staff. This was an unvented utility closet. When the door opened, the smoke rolling out was like a Cheech and Chong movie scene. The smell, holy crap...

Reminds me of a local Legion hall that I played darts out of. Not sure if they didn't have Smoke-Eaters or something else but only bar I've been to that allowed smoking where my eyes hurt after an hour.

I went home that night, tossed my clothes in the hamper and went to bed. Woke up 2 hours later and it was so bad you'd think 20 people were smoking in my bedroom at once. From then on anytime I went to that place I'd strip in the kitchen and throw my clothes into the basement.

Granny had a beanbag ashtray in the transmission hump of her '63 Continental with suicide doors. I sat on the arm rest between the driver and passenger - no seat belt required nor car seat.

Amazon still has them -> here

From location 24x57, headed vector 089 degrees toward 24.5x59.
Once at desired location, will camp for undisclosed amount of time.
Then vector 000 degrees, to 27.5x59.2 - peaky range tops, circumnavigate several times.

Popular in the seventy's, heel was lower than the toe and had a sole they refered to as crepe.
