So you bought the runner and had money to spare and bought back the taco too to turn into a tubed front end rock crawling king?

 

If you're gonna rock crawl a tubed anything, the 2GR isn't the engine to use

 

I bought it off some crazy dude but its from scumbag fab shop.

Man i wish, they wouldn't let me buy it back. Plus looking at salvage auction sites theyre going for like 10-15k for ones with way more body damage. i wouldnt be able to afford it. 4runner is a new one.. so was just cheap after the payout, still have a small loan on it.

 

You let them have the bumper

It's a collectible, probably worth more than it was new

 

I still have mine, and no intentions of it going anywhere.

 

In the wife’s 13 T4R if I really need to “get up and go” I switch to manumatic.

That won’t upset me. At least I don’t get low oil pressure warnings while crawling lol. Plus I’m stick in the Taco so I dont have that issue.

Tune should make it better but let it break in. Plus I’m sure you got some mods in mind. So worth waiting at least a little bit.

Instead of moding the truck use the money as a down-payment to a house

 

It’s insane to think you sat on your so long for half that price and a coupke years later they are flying off the shelf for more than msrp
