Truck jumps when turning right

I own a 2016 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4x4 access cab with 265/75Rx16 General Grabber ATx W/L on it. When I make a right hand turn onto a different road, the truck "bounces" like it is going over numerous bumps in the road. I only have 43000 miles on the vehicle. Is this a suspension issue?

Bad shock absorber maybe?

 

Has to be AT, no MT in SR5 trim.

Probably not binding in 4WD since you mentioned this happening only when turning right.

 

Except right hand turns are generally sharper than left hand turns... at least for LHD countries.

So binding is a real possibility here...

I think you want to read the replies above and answer those…

probably on Asphalt right? What kind of tires? M/T, A/T, 42PSI seems high to me… but should cause the hop.
