What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Thank you and thank you. I've been wondering. I have Firestone airbags so I haven't seen the sag like others claim, but after 200k it is probably time to swap 'em. I already did the coilovers and shocks from a 3rd gen. Just was never sure about leafs.

 

Changed my Engine oil.

Scored some new seats from scrap yard. After 312k it was way overdue

 

I saw these floor mats on Instagram $119 for 4 but I don’t know if they fit a manual transmission and there’s no contact number. Do you guy know anything like them for a 2005 double cab. The previous owner was a smoker and there are some burn on the passenger side floor. Probably from shifting and hitting his stogie on the dash. I want to cover them up and these look like good quality

Don't know how to remove it, last thing I want to do is harm it, can't tell if he's jammed in there or just napping lol any ideas?

 

good ole opossum are better to have around than cats. grab him by the tail, back of neck. they're pretty harmless, but still be careful for those teeth

Thats a new one! How the hell did he get in there? Looks like he was tired. Id get some thick gloves and grab him by the tail and relocate him to some wood. I recently had one under my deck and it tried to get at my dog when I let her out one day. Thankfully he scared my dog enough to send her running inside. I just pushed him away with a stick. I believe they can have rabies also so watch out for the mouth.

 

If trying to change the oil... that's the wrong filter.

 

I usually check both as long as I'm "under the hood" doing IFR (I'm Feeling 'Round for the hidden part). The air filter is usually the cleaner part of the oil and air job... I don't play 'possum while I'm under the truck, though I did see one too late in Indiana, but it was under the middle of the car as we passed so if it was playing possum it survived. It hadn't been flattened yet.

 

I read on the internet that the possum mod adds 10 hp.
