it will likely depend upon how much you have to use the upper ball joint to dial in camber. I was originally on 16x8 et 0 and had no issues.

How’s everyone’s steering rack after 35’s? After month on 315/75 I have this clunk/pop at low speed turns left or right. After the truck sits over night that 1st turn leaving the parking spot it’s very loud.

Most likely your rack bushings. Pull and replace with Poly. I havent had issues since.

I’m curious how 16x8 0 offset would pan out with TC UCAs. Just flipped through all 83 pages of this post from over the last three years or so and some say 0 offset 16x8s are ok(4.5 bs), others 4.0 bs, others that 3.5 bs is golden. Little confusing
I’m hoping to pull the trigger on 16x8 SCS F5s with the intention of fitting 35s with the correct offset to minimize upper well and fender trimming much like the OP, trying to avoid just “making then work”. Those wheels are limited to 4.5 or 3.5 bs. I may just get the 4.5 and run spacers as needed but was hoping to avoid that.

Can't help you there. Unfortunately every uca has a different shape and geometry which is why there are so many questions about each combination. High Caster UCA's are typically your enemy when going big tires and trying to limit the amount of "work" it takes to get them to clear.

I just moved from 265/75-16 & JBA to 285/75-16 & SPC with CMC. Wheels are -10 offset. Been trying to keep trimming down to a minimum but gotta get back under and do some more LCA adjusting after reading through this thread. I originally had the LCA's maxed out with the JBA's although not anymore and running in the SPC "D" ball joint position. Gonna try the "E" position with lowers moved forward.

With spc’s make sure your lca cams look like this. And then do all the other adjustments up top.

When you get a 35, moving the spare tire hoist makes no difference. Your up against the hangers at that point.
