Doggo still isn't really eating, she drinks if she gets hot so I suppose that is normal. I'm gonna use one of my ring cameras in the basement to watch her while I run some errands, see if she goes ape shit and if she eats. She's so unbelievably mellow around the house with me, but apparently she pushed a window AC out and fucked up a screen with the last people who brought her home so I'm trying to make sure she doesn't have to go back

Just spent hours in the heat clearing ants that infested the truck, again.
This time they found a nice home for themselves and their eggs inside the fender on top of the liner and in that spot where it meets the body near the door. Noticed some had started coming in on the passenger side. Sneaky bastards.

The dealer wants $90 for the ECT sensor. Any good aftermarket alternatives or cheaper OEM vendors? I messaged Joe Joe from the FB group so we’ll see.

Just wait until the thunderstorm/fire work test.

Thankfully mine is unfazed by either. Perks of living near a gun range.

Thankfully thunderstorm season has passed, might get a windstorm in fall tho. Fireworks are okay though I can be home for those. My basement is quiet and I'm trying to furnish it for her, it's a lot bigger than a crate so I figure she won't feel as cooped up.

    Just buy it already.

Could've checked McGeorge or other sites yesterday.

Does she have a corner she can hang out in? I find that, at least with cats, they really feel more secure in a space they fill .

I could probably limit it to an even smaller nook. She likes my closet in my room but I think the closet in the basement is too small for her.

McGeorge is more reasonable at $50 but still seems like a lot for what it is. Oh well, I’ll just have to bite the bullet and order it from them. I was also considering the Delphi sensor from Amazon at 10 bucks a pop but I haven’t heard good things about aftermarket sensors in general.

It's a sensor that has proven itself for many miles in many vehicles.

    $50 is a cheap fix.

I wouldn't chance an aftermarket sensor on these trucks or any sensor purchased off Amazon/ebay for that matter, counterfeits galore. Grab from dealer site or take the part number into an auto parts store and see if they have the Denso equivalent
