    Well, I did it. 2013 Passat TDI SE. Nice surprise, it has a remote start I didn't know about until they gave me the keys. A ton of room for me and rear seat passengers. It's like a full size car in a midsize car. Trunk is huge. And it has Carplay, so no radio dead spots on the commute. Below average miles at 101,110, in really good shape. Right now, the car says it is averaging 34.5. I've seen freeway mileage in the neighborhood of 50, with mid 40's being consistent. That means instead of three gallons of gas to work, one gallon of diesel. Pretty happy with the choice.
