We didn't get any rain yesterday they were calling for it. But just 10miles away it was pouring. Just never made it north.

I'm off to buy a dehumidifier, had almost an hour straight of downpour last night from 6:50 - 7:45p and watched water stream into the basement from the front wall. it got under the porch slab and through the sill plates :/

not flooded but this has been the worst I've seen, even through winters. I need to get a mini-excavator and put in french drains out front

That sucks , hope for the best. I had issues years ago, took the gutter drains and moved that water far away , then sloped the dirt away from the house.

Ended running into a guy I use to ride with probably 10 years ago or so. So rode with him for a bit. Then he told me they are doing some big ride out from a local dealership to a funeral home. I didn't know this kid 23 yr old passed away 8days ago on his motorcycle. The turn out for this ride out was about 250 motorcycles. Ended just going home from the funeral home. Parked the bike and got myself some air conditioning. In total put on about 150mi today. Was great till it got to hot for me.

Spent about 3-4 hours at the Carlisle Truck Show today. Met @tacticalpanda from VA who had his truck on display.

Zip. My cell phone takes mediocre pics at best and I didn't have my camera with me. Sorry.

They did announce it was the highest number of trucks registered ever for the truck show, almost 2600. There were still a lot of empty spaces though.

Good Sunday morning. We had over an inch of rain yesterday. It's hot and muggy and there's a slight chance of rain this afternoon. I saw stories of flooding around Pittsburgh, but, thankfully, not where I live. My flood risk is a 0 out of 10. Stay cool.

On our way to church by moms house in west Mifflin, bottom of the hill heading towards hays there was mud everywhere. I guess they got hammered with rain. It's muggy outside and 71 already.

We spent the last 4 days in Old Forge, NY. It’s beautiful in the Adirondacks! I highly recommend a trip…

Too muggy. I walked the dog before 7 a.m. this morning and came back from a casual stroll sweating profusely. I dislike this kind of weather more than I can express, at least while refraining from cursing.

Relaxing a little before heading to a "celebration of life" for a former friend and coworker. 57 years old, gone too soon.

The stuff that makes you cut your grass every 7 days. It's been 5 days since I cut it last and we have easily had over 2 inches of rain since then - maybe more - so that I could cut it today. Of course I said "I could," because I ain't.

Good morning Pennsylvania. Little late this morning. Actually slept past 6am for a change. Felt good to get some decent sleep. Probably going to take another motorcycle ride today. We shall see.

It just rained pretty good for 15-20 minutes  we need about 12 hours of that kind of rain . Have not mowed my front since about June . The back yard twice in 6-7 weeks . Section between my house and the pool I keep watered so I push mow and bag it every 2 weeks . Mow it at highest setting

Yea it's been raining off an on for a couple weeks so the grass has been growing pretty good. The front yard which has been fertilized looks like a damn jungle and it hasn't even been 7 days
