Waited for it to get dark then drove to Burger King so I could test out my “upgraded” headlights. Marginally better.

Mostly to shed some weight, and honestly I don’t use the roof rack and even tho it’s nice to be able to lock stuff in the back I never have anything of value in the bed that often. Like I said still contemplating it. If I can find a used one I’ll probably grab it and keep the hard shell just so I could have the option to switch between the two.

NO way?! I thought every truck had an air filter? Possum was standard in the SBDC.

Seeing that the OEM headlight bulbs worked I'd figured I'll save them. I have a set of spare OEM headlamps (that I'm trying to sell) I pulled out the bulbs that were in the lights (not sure what they are) and put in the OEM bulbs. Well I did that and had a look at the bulbs I pulled out. They say Osram Bilux 64193, doing some googling now.

Edit: they are Sylvania Silverstar Ultra bulbs. I'm going to see if they work and try them tonight.

    checking out a review: https://www.bulbfacts.com/halogen-bulbs/reviews/sylvania-silverstar-ultra-vs-oem.html

@bebo_junker and everyone else, FYI Possums very VERY rarely carry rabies as their body temp is so low, the virus cant manifest in their system! And like others have said, theyre great for ticks and other pests, we encourage them around our place along with the skunks!! and as you have found out, the like warm, small spaces to curl up into.

Ordered a matching Toyo open country III 265/75/16 spare and a matching Dick cepek dc-2 wheel.

I have a 2.5” ome lift that rides good.

will adding 142lbs then a tire that’s probably 40 and a rim that’s 20 lbs change the ride a lot? About 200 lbs in the back. I don’t drive with anyone it’s just me

I got this bumper with a jerry can.

for those of you that installed one can you give me some tips. I’ve done bumpers on wranglers but those are easy.
