Seriously - as with most garden things - FRESH. I mean cut and use fresh cilantro is way way better than even cilantro cut the day before. 100000% better than store bought which is at best 7+ days old.

Garden Fresh:
1) It's sweet and mellow
2) It's hardly soapy if you keep the dosage low, soap hardly present
3) Has not started that purification stage when it just gets bitter and nasty. It's unbelievable some restaurants and trucks serve it like this. Complete turn off.

So yes I let her grow it.
