Shes pretty soft, her underbelly is a bit more coarse but I think that's because it's mostly the undercoat. Her face and neck are 10/10 fluff

When the ac compressor clutch locked up on my tacoma it sounded like the meanest burnout for 3 seconds before the belt broke

I bought the SAE and Metric big sets from HF and they've been lifesavers aside from the times it didn't include the thread pitches I needed

Recently inherited some ancient (craftsman?) sets that filled in some blanks but mostly gave redundancies

If you need a wide variety I would just get the sets, you'll spend way more buying an individual set every time

The best way to go imo, based on all the random shit I do it get a set of metric for like $20 on Amazon which will go from real small up to about m12x1.25 I think. I use these for cleaning threads mainly.

Then get a set of NPT pipe taps w bits unless you have a large drill bit collection. If so, get a 1/8-1/2 set. 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 is all you will need as a 1/2 npt us like 3/4 od.

Def get a 1/4 npt bottom tap as well. Very useful.

I’ve used Irwin, bosch and American drill (Amazon). They all seem to work the same.

Might be an early celebration, I cannot leave her at the house. Over the last three day I've tried multiple things to make her comfortable but ultimately she has some of the worst separation anxiety I've ever seen. I went out to the shop last night and left her in the house and she went insane, I was worried she'd hurt herself. She needs a 24/7 owner, and with me working for schools I can't make that happen.

wire coming off of coolant temp sensor is yellow with green stripe. I have 2 unconnected wires coming off the harness near the relay box but they are blue with white strip and black with yellow stripe. Spent all morning looking at wiring diagrams online and I think I'm OK if the heat gauge doesn't work for now lol

I adopted a like that too for all of 2 days. I went to work and she started pawing a hole through whatever she happened to be inside. No idea how to fix it without another person or animal around to slowly give them more alone time.

    sucks :(

    @Kwikvette

Dunno about your metal supplier, but the one here offers a bunch of prefab items like plates gussets and even decorative items. Reasonable prices and a huge time saver. Worth keeping an eye out for when you’re shopping

I got over my fear of the magic smoke and connected each to ground to see if the temp gauge would move. I think I'm gonna have to add an aftermarket gauge lol

If you're expecting more electrical gremlins, something like this sounds handy. Actual usage starts at 3:40.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDrvaeSysyk

But how many gremlins can there be in a truck that only has a dozen wires. Right?

Back when I used to volunteer photo work for my agent's pet adoption agency, they would tell people there was a general 3/3/3 standard with adoption. 3 days to decompress, 3 weeks to learn your routine and 3 months to feel 'at home'. Of course it's just a generalization, and 3 months is a long time when you're dealing with that kind of extreme separation anxiety. I hope she starts to feel better soon

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
Even the tool truck tap and die sets are made by Hanson. So Irwin is pretty much good as it gets till you go indistrial for tungsten shit
