    Hi all!
Read through here and going to make this upgrade to my girlfriends '18 SR. My '21 SR came with inty-wipers!

Do you have one of the packages on yours? Like the SX package for example?

No...no package that I am aware of. Just a basic SR, steel wheels, no fogs, no flares, all black grille. When I was going through the process of purchasing I did see an SX at the dealer, and it also had these cooler bins in the bed. Don't the SX's have the 'SX' decals on the sides of the bed?

My girlfriend's 2018 SR does not have intermittent wipers

My 2021 SR has them...and the bigger radio screen as well. The dealer also installed these side step rails as an option, which was nice.

Bilstein 6112 front / 5100 rear (extended) shocks, Headstrong AAL, Firestone airbags, 4.88 gears, OME Carrier bearing drop kit, Aluminum 1/4" skids (engine to transfer). Custom sliders (1.75" HREW tube w/ 3/16" base plates). Custom front bumper and high clearance rear bumper (1/4" steel plate, 1.75" tube.) Apex 5500 winch w/synthetic line (36lbs) and required accessories for an underpowered winch (snatch blocks and extra line.) Tekonsha P3 brake controller, remote start, any-time-backup camera w/ front facing camera, Leer 100R shell (w/e-track single slot tie-down mounts for removable Yakima EasyTop.) Cat shields by CaliRaised. Husky liners, window tint, heated seat (passenger only.) Relentless bed rail brackets with QuickFists (shovel/axe/fire extinguisher.) Hondo Garage Un-holey vent mount. Anytime rear with front facing camera. Billet front seat risers. Viair 88p. 265/75r16 Goodyear Ultra-terrain tires.
The bed coolers come in the trail edition if not mistaken. The Tacoma SX does typically have it on the bedsides but I wouldn't bet on every SX having the stickers.

    Nothing to call home about
This old post keeps helping 3rd Gen SR owners. I just completed the upgrade on my '19 SR. Thinks for the write up.

Thanks for the thread. I went ahead and did this yesterday, took about 10 minutes to do bc of the limited room to work in. Only thing is it looks like there is a little gap on one side of the wheel vs the other (the screws are definitely in properly. Should I take back apart and redo or does this look fine?

You definitely have one of the little clip inserts not quite in all the way. Won't hurt to take the screws back out just don't tighten them down until both are in.

Just did this on my 2017 SR, with a $36 3rd-party switch from ebay. Notice how there's no lettering on it, compared to the others. The first one arrived with no packing, and a tab broken off. They quickly replaced it, also just thrown in a cardboard box, but nothing broken this time. It works fine, really nice to have the wipers turn on when I pull the spray switch. But in hindsight, it would have been less hassle to get a Toyota OEM from an online dealer. Also in hindsight, next time I will take both top and bottom covers and do a trial fit of the two pieces, away from the steering column, to know better how they should go back together.
By coincidence, I also ordered a VTAIL Standard light kit last week, and IT arrived with a broken light. But VLEDs replaced it the next day, and they look great.
