Yeah, I didn’t see that till I bought it. The winch mounts on the plate that bolts to the frame with the L bracket. I think winch operations should be ok but the recovery points are on the bumper and that load would go through those bolts.

Moved my backseat fridge slide to the bed. Milwaukee Packout slide mounts were a little tight on the carpet so my buddy made some custom 2mm spacers for me on his 3D printer.

Having installed these on my lifted Taco and my friends non-lifted. I’d say you dodged a bullet by installing these before the lift! As always RCI sliders look great…

I ordered a set off Amazon but they were damaged in shipping, and poor factory packaging so I sent them back and re ordered, 2nd set wasn't much better but at least they weren't broken. When I got my new 22 I picked up a set from my local auto parts store, no damage

I installed the same and promptly thrashed it when the wheel slipped on a techy section and my truck hung up on the undercarriage a bit. Both plates (brush guards) got pretty bent but did their job. It’s nice to have that area protected.

I did have some issues with the camera, but wasn't really that concerned about it given how little I actually find value in it. The owner (talked to him) said they have made a few different camera/mounts/something, and that if I had sent him the mounting hardware, he would have made a solution (but apparently the mounting hardware he had access to for Toyota was different than what came with my specific truck). With that being said, I would suggest asking a few questions about the camera (and getting some pictures of how yours is mounted) if the camera is important to you (rather than just saying you have it in the notes when you order).
The TSS works great (I was concerned about that, but have had no issues at all).

Had a little fun yesterday installing the @ARCHIVE Garage U Bolt flip kit. As usual parts were pure beef packaged well and fit like a glove. I'm impressed with the beefyness of the U Bolts in comparison to the Wheelers U Bolts. Also, had to snap 2 of the Wheelers U bolts as the nuts were seized. Thats a first for me, especially considering I just removed them within 2 weeks.

Hey I just went back through my orders to confirm, 3 years. The Ubolts were not from Timbren they were a set from Wheelers Off Road. I need to correct the photo.
    Apologies.

Had this same experience with those 2 brands as well. The Wheelers are 1/2" and the Archive's are 9/16". Big difference when you have them both in your hands. Archive's all I run now. So much beef.

The bottom bed hooks and the top is hooked on the plastic cap for the bed rail.

I thought the same thing when I first started using them. BUT, I have had to change them all out because they fail quickly. I'm not sure if it's different brands, but I've tossed all of mine in the trash. Just a little tug will break the connection. Anyway, I hope you have better luck than me. And yes, one side is a little larger than the other.....lol!!!

Thats surprising. I test tug all of my connections, these seemed fairly stout after they cooled. Hopefully they last a while; there would be a lot of digging through the dashboard to troubleshoot a failed connector. :bananadead:
