TEC - Newbie Run Part 2 - August 20, 2022

Welcome to TEC Newbie Run Part 2 where we are going to be doing Level 2 trails only, stock trucks are welcome. Good tires and front/rear points of recovery is recommended. This run doesn't require any previous experience or knowledge - we can show you the basics of Toyota 4WD and how these trucks handle terrain. This is a full day trail run, plan accordingly. Bring food and water, there is going to be multiple exit points, so you can exit if you need to go.

Current list of the trails is the following:
Old Logging Trail - > Salmon Burn -> Moose Trail -> Picard Lake

Meeting point to air down is at the following location, we are going to start at 10AM Saturday, August 20, 2022.

This event still a gig? Brother is thinking of going for a run. Greenhorn in a 21 4Runner OR with I believe Wildpeaks. Concerned about not having sliders quite yet

He would be coming from Ottawa

 

This would be the ideal run based on the description

 

@Snail81 and I actually led three factory 4Runner ORs through those trails and the first portion of Gooderham last year. He's good to go.

I would be in. New to wheeling and have a bone stock 21 Tacoma Trd off road. Might have my wheels by then.. but maybe not

Will a 2004 highlander stand a chance on a trail ? My buddy doesn’t have a 4x4 or all the fancy stuff but he has caffeine, momentum, balls of steel and a Toyota if that helps
