    After a quick googling it looks like 4261135430 is the traditional round hole steel wheel. 42601AD050 is the square center spare rim that comes on modern Tacomas.

    I used 4261135330 which fits a FJ cruiser. That is a 17 x 7.5 with a +14mm offset.

    Thank you for the reply. The style and offset is what the parts retaier could not answer for me. I did order the 4261135430 model for the 4 Runner. See how the spare fits. Thanks again for the quick two replies.

    Hello everyone! Noob here, got a 22' Trail in March and I am researching what I need for winter. I would like to purchase some OEM Steel Wheels (and powder coat them) to mount winter tires on (thinking of the hakkapeliitta 10). I want to keep the truck "as stock as possible". So my plan is to buy OEM 16 Wheels (I guess they are the spare ones?) so I can easily swap between summer and winter tires. From what I understand, there won't be an OEM Center Cap that will fit, correct? Other than that, is my plan ok in terms of compatibility?

    As a confirmation, yes, this would work. It looks like the Hakk 10 SUV may only be offered in a Studded option so you may want to confirm you are able to run studs in your area. There are some alternative options if you are not wanting a studded tire. We can help further PM on the way.

    this post has the part numbers you need including center caps.
    One thing to keep in mind is when swapping wheels summer/winter is you will need a second set of TPMS sensors or ignore the tire pressure light on the dash.
    If you do get a second set of sensors you will need to have a tire shop relearn them to the truck each time you swap.

    Personally I really like having TPMS in the winter as the pressure drops in the cold.

    Hey! Thank you so much for the help.

    From my understanding, those 17inch FJ rims require "spacers" to be compatible with 3rd Gen Tacomas, correct? I am just starting to learn, so I am trying to keep it as simple as possible. I believe TPMS are not required in Canada, I don't really mind the light in the Winter.

    The wheels fit no problem. My tires are one size up from stock, 265/70-R17 and I get a little rub on the mud guards near full lock when the suspension compresses. The rubbing is a result of tire size. I don’t have spacers on mine.

    stock width and diameter for those steel rims would be 265/65-17

    You having a Trail edition I believe the stock tire size on the factory wheels is 265/70-16.

    Got it! So I would have 265/65-17 winter tires on the Steelies, and my summer tires would be 265/70-16 - both sizes are compatible. Thank you so much for all the help once again!

    According to this yes. 285/70-17 will fit a 7.5” wide rim.

    To piggyback off the prior response, as long as the tire overall diameter match's or is really close it would work fine as a temporary spare for emergencies.

    255/75/17 Duratracs on FJ color matched steelies
    Installed the new steelies yesterday on my '22 Trail.
    These are the FJ 17" with steel center caps.
    Painted them LR to match. Repainted center caps with black enamel.

    Tires are Duratrac 255/75/17 SL
    Ride is excellent. Gas mileage took a small hit but overall love the look.
