That 30K is definitely atrocious, but let's not give a pass to whoever decided that a random lift kit and other shit from 4WP are worth 15K...

I saw a raptor a few years back at the ford dealer at the auto park in Chantilly. If i remember correctly, it had 20 or 25k dealer markup.

To any tech savvy folk here, suggestions for a “family” tablet that can be had for $150 or less? Looking around online all evening with nothing really jumping out at me.

I want to be able to download Disney+ and movies onto the tablet itself, as well as have the ability to research online websites. And Go!

That's a horrible idea. What time?
Not in that price range, but we have the Samsung S8. Does what you're looking for and you can attach a Bluetooth keyboard. You can probably find some back to school savings out there as well.

Have you looked at the Amazon tablets? They have a few that are in the range. Will say, its a good consuming device, but the tablet can be slow doing other tasks. A used iPad Mini 4 might be in that price range. Its about to lose update support with the next OS Release but should have a few years of use.

Also just looked on Woot. A few refurbed iPads for that range: Computers.Woot

There is also an older Amazon Tablet for $17 Amazon Fire 7 Tablet (2017, 7th Gen) (woot.com)

It will be slow, but once things get going, should be able to watch a video.

I saw those on Amazon. They looked super sweet. If money wasn’t the issue, I’d probably get that or just get a new iPad. I had a Galaxy S8+ phone when it was first released and I actually really enjoyed it, despite being an Apple only type of person.

I have indeed. I’m definitely not opposed to the Fire tablet, but can you surf the web just like an iPad? All the reviews I read specifically said “this is not an iPad nor should it be compared to one” or “this is just a kindle with a colored screen.” I’m not opposed to a refurb product, I just question its reliability. An iPad would be best, I’m just trying to see everything that’s available for my price range.

Thank you for the info though.

All the fire tablets have a browser. Would say if you want to surf the web, would go for the higher end ones.

The refurbed iPads, might be a better go. I have a iPad Mini 4 now. It does the job. Runs all the stuff I do with it.

Anyone on here just on the Hot lanes 95 south at 12:30? Nice Silver lifted Taco and I had a section of speeding that was fun! After all, they don't care that you speed....just that you have a ezpass! lol

Anyone want a taco tunes amp rack? Like new, free.

It'll fit just about any amp under the drivers seat

    Off topic:

My mom is in town this week so I let her use my beater car to run around town. Long story short the radiator decided it was done holding coolant but wasn't kind enough to inform her. She continued to drive the car until she noticed the temp gage was in the red and "white smoke came out the tail pipe."

So I'm assuming the head gasket is done and because the car is worth so little (it's a 2000 Volvo v40 that I paid $500 for) it's time to move on.

While I could be boring and get a reliable Japanese car, for whatever reason I've started to look at some Fiat 500 abarths. They're reasonably inexpensive ($7,000-$15,000), sound good, have a bit if pep, and would appear to be a good city car. I know that it's a FCA product, so I'm not expecting it to be as reliable as the sunrise, but does anyone here have experience with this car?

The abarth forms aren't too active and who can trust car forms anyways, they're way too biased .

I think I'd rather stab a fork in my spleen then own a Fiat product. The Abarth is okay, but there's much better out there if you're looking for a commuter that can be fun. There's a reason these things were a flash in the pan. I honestly don't even know how many of those European car companies are still in business.
