    I figured that the Coast Guard guys would appreciate this; I spent the last week in California visiting relatives, some of whom I have not seen in four years! MY cousin and her husband own a boat rental company on the Oakland Estuary called BAE Boats (Bay Area Electric Boats), and they are headquartered across the water from the Coast Guard Island. I got some excellent pictures while I was there...

    Hook, line, and sinker. Old joke between the CG and Navy. Kinda like the one between the Navy and Marines. The Marines are a division of the Navy…the mens division. :D
    Not gonna lie, glad I had some Marines with us on more than one occasion.

    You have to score pretty high on the tests to get in (highest requirements of all the armed forces). I probably would have enjoyed the CG just as much as the Navy.
