The locks and window lock is a little different. It looks like the same shape for the surround so if you buy a 2.5 gen piece for that then I bet it would plug right in.
I ran out to double check mine because this just got added to the list.

Only a little extra for a 2.0 gen to do this.

I think the switches are different entirely but we would need someone to confirm it. I was thinking the same thing. You can convert it to the newer 2nd gen with some wiring changes. I noted that I can find the link someone else post on TW before.

Not at this time. I chatted with them a few days back. They only have the double cat for 12-15 but are looking into suitable matches. If the front switches are the same you may be able to get single switches and pop them out and swap them like the passenger side.

if anyone local to san mateo has an older 2nd gen I have an extra switch we can try out to see if it can be swapped or not. If so we can ask them to offer switch replacements rather then the entire panel.

I think it would be worth asking if they still offer a manual up version or plan to resume making them. I like the auto down feature for all windows but would prefer to retain the manual up *only* feature for all windows. Considering none of the windows have pinch sensors on them. Everything else about these switches is a win but I’m still not in because of that.

    *….*edited for clarification

Worth asking and a valid reason.

So are these switches all the way down or all the way up only? If you want to lower the window down an inch, can you stop it there by pulling back up on the switch?

They are both. Yah you should they still function normally but you push to click which will do up and down.

ah yah it similar to the stock drivers switch but does have a bit stiffer push to engage. My kid was trying to do it and the auto was not working for him (did not push hard enough) so you can still use it like a normal window very similar to the current driver switch.

I replaced the front wheel bearings a week or so ago and did the spark plugs today. Both projects were a bit overdue...o_O
It is so quiet now that it's like having a new truck.

Pulled my bumpers and took them in to be sandblasted and powder coated satin black - they were starting to get some rust. I should have them back in a couple days.

Also installed new OEM headlights and Philips Racing Vision +200 bulbs.

Bro what are the specs on the tires. They E or C load rated tires?

This is the way the truck should have come from the factory.
